Shipping & Returns
We utilize FedEx and USPS for all domestic shipping, and try to offer a range of options for carrier type, cost, and delivery time. All shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the item being shipped based on the carrier's own shipping cost calculation methods.
Currently we ship only to the United States.
We strive to expedite the shipping of all our goods as quickly as possible. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days, though this may at times increase. If there are any delays in the processing of your order, we will alert you with an expected fulfillment timeframe.
You will also be alerted when your order has been fulfilled, along with a FedEx tracking number.
In the event that an item is delivered damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to resolve the issue, either through a refund, return, or replacement.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for goods that are undamaged.
